At MeStrips, we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
For this reason, order cancellations are only possible within a short time window.

1. Can I cancel my order?

Yes — you may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order.

Because our fulfilment process begins immediately, cancellations after this time cannot be guaranteed.

2. How to request a cancellation

To cancel your order, contact us immediately:

(Include your full name, order number, and reason for cancellation.)

Our support team will confirm whether your order is still eligible for cancellation.

3. When cancellations are NOT possible

We cannot cancel your order if:

  • The order has already been processed or packed

  • The order has already shipped

  • More than 2 hours have passed since placing the order

In these cases, you may still be eligible for a return or refund once you receive your order.

4. What if I entered the wrong address?

If the address is incorrect, contact us immediately.

If the order has not been shipped yet, we will update it for you.
If it has already shipped, we are unable to modify the address.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Orders flagged for fraud

For security reasons, any order flagged by our system as potential fraud may be automatically cancelled and refunded. You will receive a notification if this happens.

6. Pre-Orders

Pre-order items can be cancelled any time before shipping, unless otherwise stated.
