Please review our return and refund guidelines carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

✔ The item is unused and in its original, sealed packaging
✔ The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
✔ The product is not damaged, altered, or opened
✔ The item is in a condition suitable for resale

For hygiene and safety reasons, all opened nasal strips, mouth tapes, or sleep masks are non-returnable.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety standards, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products with broken seals

  • Items without original packaging

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional items or free gifts

If an item arrives damaged or defective, this does not apply — see Section 5.

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at:

Please include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo/video evidence (if applicable)

Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide the return instructions.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:

  • The item was defective

  • A wrong item was sent

  • The product arrived damaged

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 72 hours of delivery

  2. Provide photos/videos of the issue

  3. We will replace the item free of charge or offer a full refund

We want you to feel safe and supported.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund processing time:

  • 3–7 business days depending on your bank

  • PayPal refunds may process faster

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider

  3. If the issue persists, email us at support@mestrips.com

We are always happy to assist.

8. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges ONLY for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

If you want a different product or variant, please request a return and place a new order.
